How do I add a new listing by MLS number?

You can add a new listing by MLS number in 2 easy steps:

1. Log to your Control Panel and click on the ’Listings’ tab.
   
   
   
   
2. Enter the MLS # in the space provided on right column; include the prefix letter (eg. V123456). Click on ’Download Listing’.

Congratulations! You’ve just added a new listing! 

NOTE:

1. You will need your Agent ID and CREA ID (if you are from REBGV) before you may download listings via MLS #. Please insert this info in the ’My Board’ tab after clicking ’Account and Settings’.
2. Sold and restricted listings are not available for download.
3. Listings that have been on MLS for less than 8 hours may not be available for download.
