Syndicating the video is required for the uploaded video to have a media host to manage it.
Here’s how to syndicate the videos that you have uploaded to the Control Panel.
1. Click the Video tab.
2. Click "Edit/Syndicate" link below the video thumbnail icon.
3. Select the video host you want to syndicate it with.
4. Click Update the Video. 
It usually take 5 minutes to 30 minutes to syndicate a video after you add it.
