You can set up / manage your Chatbot in these steps:
- Log in to your Control Panel.
- Go to CHATBOT icon at the sidebar Menu.
- Click on EDIT button to manage the following:
- Chatbot name
- Chatbot profile/photo
- Agent Contact
- Agent Info
- Review the information and hit FINISH button.
Chatbot is enabled automatically if the website is created under CP3.
