My feature listing on the first page has been changed to a listing that I uploaded last week. Why has the feature property changed?

They likely have more than one listing featured in their CP.  If they only want one listing featured they need to go to the control panel and select NO for all listings that are featured and select Yes for the one listing that they want to feature.
