If you are having difficulty editing 3rd party listings it’s because of a new rule imposed by the REB4. We’ve recently restricted listing modification for items coming from REB4 as they’ve requested so you will see the "Changes not allowed for 3rd party listings" when trying to edit them.
You will, however, be able to edit your own listings. If you can’t update your own listings, please chat with us here.

REBGV: Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver
FVREB: Fraser Valley Real Estate Board
EREB: Realtors Association of Edmonton
CREB: Calgary Real Estate Board
