Why does it say my domain name already exists in the DNS?

If you are a past Ubertor client, or your domain name has been inserted in our system before, you may come across an error message that reads "Domain name already exists in DNS".

If this is the case, simply contact Ubertor.com by accessing Live Help (click on the Live Helpbutton in your control panel) or by filling out the contact form here. Clearly explain your problem and an Ubertor Tech Support Specialist will resolve the issue within 24 hours.
